4. Create a new document. File → New → Blank File and enter the name of the document. This step is similar to choosing an image file as described in the previous section.

Use the File Selection dialog box to choose a new name for the new file and the location for the new folder. Figure 11-10 shows the File Selection dialog box.

I am trying to run a for loop on some data and then adding/updating the data back to the database as it is received.
When I run the query (which is a view within a for loop that prints a table), it doesn’t save to the database.

The diagnosis of PPFE was established on bronchoalveolar lavage that showed increased elastin content (90%) and fibrotic foci (Figure [1c](#F1){ref-type=”fig”}). The patient was also diagnosed with left and right upper lobe blebs with a normal left and right pleural effusion. The fibrotic appearance was assessed using a tool (imagesXpress^®^, Olympus, Japan) that quantifies collagen, elastin, and air to compare baseline and follow-up images. The lungs showed progressive worsening of the fibrotic process from 10% to 50% in 6 months (Figure [1d](#F1){ref-type=”fig”}). To our knowledge, a smoking cessation therapy for a patient with PPFE is not well established. In our patient, PPFE diagnosis was confirmed, with a clear history of smoking for many years (30 years) with normal lung function and arterial blood gas values. Smoking cessation is the only treatment but its long-term benefits remain unclear. Even if it is possible to prolong life for patients with pulmonary emphysema, their risk of developing lung cancer is high. The fibrotic process was progressive despite a 7-year smoking cessation history. This case report highlights the importance of the bronchoalveolar lavage analysis to diagnose an atypical presentation of PPFE.

I think the problem is not so much that Netflix has been content to take the
back seat to the primary screen (as the article implies), but that the
reaction time in the primary is too high for fully interactive content,
meaning that you can’t have just something that sits there quietly as the
content plays out in the background like you can on the TV.

I think this is one of the reasons why people are getting into VR right now –
basically you can think of it as TV/phone all in one right now, and I think
it’s important that the next step is something that would let you completely
swap between all of these two screens at any time, that would have a similar
perceived lag and comfort level to using the phone while in VR, and which
allows you to enter and leave immersive VR as quickly as you might jump back
to the traditional TV screen.

I think the main reason for the Netflix’s disappointing performance on
interactive content on mobile devices is that they don’t have a great product
to push right now in terms of this new VR world. If they could find a way to
make it possible to have a good Netflix replacement for VR, they would
naturally have a leg up on the competition.

EDIT: Another interesting thing to note about VR is that as VR becomes more
popular and immersive, like TV, it will necessarily change the games industry
and games will change to accommodate it. Traditional TV looks set to be the
ultimate media experience, but if you could just plug in an VR device, watch
TV, and go play games on the couch it wouldn’t be much different, and
possibly wouldn’t require the same hardware requirements. So I think the most
interesting thing to watch is whether media we are used to would still be
