The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has clarified that no rescue mission is going to be deployed to the Indian space station after the first week of April, after a recent statement on its Twitter handle which suggested it was considering giving a go ahead to such a mission.

The matter came up during a telephonic press conference on Saturday when a reporter asked about ISRO’s relief efforts in the case of 59 years old US-born Katharmala Gowda, who had become the first non-Indian to spend a night on the orbiting space laboratory.

Katharmala had spent 22 days on the space station since January 31, 2019, after she was selected by ISRO to spend a night on the station. In 2016, ISRO had launched a student to the space station.

Later, a reporter posed a question to spokesperson S Krishnaswami on whether the government was considering a mission to rescue a person stranded in space.

“It is absolutely not the intention of the Indian government to send a rescue mission in space,” Krishnaswami replied, adding the Twitter handle had started a ‘rumour’ in this regard which was ‘unfounded’.

Mint had reported on Sunday that on Wednesday, a top official had discussed the issue during a monthly meeting.

“ISRO is not sending any rescue mission to the space station in near future,” the official said. “We have only decided to carry out activities to reach out to the crew of international astronauts on the station to meet them on April 14.”

The Photoshop hierarchy is similar to the basic printing and marketing division you may be familiar with.

When I talk about editing an image using Photoshop, I’m referring to the process of creating a single version of an image, which includes everything contained in it. Creating a new file

It looks quite different because a new document is all about layers. You can see that I have layers by looking at the Layer menu shown in Figure 2-1.

My layers are mostly transparent so you can see everything I’ve done to the file, but you can see that you’re working with a 16-bit gray-scale PNG file with a resolution of 72 pixels per inch (ppi).

Adding a layer

Figure 2-2 shows the Layers panel after I’ve added a new layer by choosing Layers from the New Layer menu. The new layer has a red background color and is the size of the original document (600 x 400).

Because a new layer automatically adds a background color of red, you can create and add layers without worrying about the background color being transparent and leaving white space on your image.

Adding a layer is also an easy way to create the most basic of images that you can manipulate any way you like. You can use your layers to apply all sorts of filters, apply multiple adjustment layers, and create textures. Figure 2-3 shows how to insert a new layer and its effects.

The Photoshop user interface is divided into two sections. The main workspace is the area where you will do most of your image manipulation. Below the workspace is a set of dialogs for managing the tools and options.

At the bottom of the dialogs is a status bar, which displays previews of the currently selected tool and provides information about the current undo level.

The workspace will accept commands from the keyboard, including the functions provided in the menus as well as shortcuts for editing and general image-editing operations.

In the Photoshop workspace are multiple tools and palettes for applying those tools to images and supporting tools.

The toolbars are arranged to accommodate most common needs. You can drag toolbars to different positions, release them to provide more room, and then move them to new positions. You can customize toolbars, moving or renaming items or creating your own custom toolbars to fit specific editing tasks.

Paint and Brush tools

The paint and brush tools cover most painting tasks.

The Photoshop Image context-sensitive menu provides access to the tools provided by the paint and brush tools. You can access all tools and data from a specific paint or brush tool or group of tools.

Layer

Each layer in your image supports an unlimited number of adjustments, including effects, filters, and selections. Layers are also a common tool to save, share, or restore edits, but they can also be used to organize and group your layers.

Use the layer menu, shown in Figure 3, to access layer tools, commands, and data.

The Layer menu (Figure 4) is divided into the following items:

Lock: Locks layers so that any editing done to them is preserved. Without this option, changes are not retained.

Unlock: Unlocks layers so that you can edit them. Layers cannot be used for other edits until they are unlocked.

Lock down: Turns on visibility and lock down the contents of a layer so that content and edits are not lost.

Clone: Places an exact clone of the selected layer in a separate location.

New: Opens the New dialog so that you can create a new layer in the same or a different file.

Edit: Opens the Edit dialog so that you can modify the current layer.

Lock down: Ensures that any edits done to the layer are not lost.

How to Open and Save a File in Photoshop Elements

If you open an image from your computer, find it in the explorer window and press Enter, you will see the opened image in Photoshop Elements. On the left-hand side, you will see an icon that looks like an image viewer:

2D Array in C++

I am having trouble with this problem in C++, any help would be much appreciated.
So the problem is I need to make a 2D array of ints, the 4×4 array, each number being the score of one of the spaces on a 4×4 board. I also need to add these scores together in a column at the bottom.
