I am trying to populate the values in textbox based on the condition.I am new to android and I got some issue with the codes. My code is

txtCred.setVisibility(View.VISIBLE);

I’m not sure if you’re asking about your code or about your problem. The code isn’t too hard to understand.
For your problem, if you ask about the code, I guess you’re looking for a solution that would make your textView invisible if the value is not 3.
if (credits==0 || credits==1 || credits==2 || credits==3)
You need to add else if to that list, as you don’t have that.
if (credits==0 || credits==1 || credits==2 || credits==3) {

// do something
}
