In Deep Enigma, there is no way to progress without at least one of the five elements that makes up life. For each player, the game decides the amount and type of pressure given to the player to push his or her card value as high as possible while keeping a number of conditions at the same time.
Play against each other on the same device or over the internet for a game of pure psychological tension. Those who are the most skillful will be rewarded with gold and experience in addition to their high scores.

About Deep Enigma
Deep Enigma is a card game for one or more players.
Over the course of 10 rounds, you will play with cards from five different elements: Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, and Void. Throughout the game, you will face such elemental powers as extra cards, the Elemental Shield, and the Elemental Dragon.
Each player chooses from one of the five elements at the start of the game, and has three actions in each round:
• Select a card
• Play that card
• Play an additional card
Each element has its own set of special cards.
You can decide on what strategy to use when playing the game, and the card values will differ depending on the type of element you choose.
For example, Fire players will have to use the cards they have to quickly gain as many points as possible, but they will also need to choose cards that have a higher element value, so that the element shield won’t attack their card.
But what happens if one of the other players aims for a maximum score, without caring about their own element or its shield?
And what do you think about a given element, e.g., Fire, or Wind, or Void?

With data on drug use and resistance to antiretroviral therapy (ART) becoming more widely available, the importance of routine surveillance of ART drug use is increasing. We evaluated whether a standardized system for monitoring ART drug use could be implemented in the United States, providing a context for evaluating recent reports of failures of ART drug-use surveillance systems. We collected data on 13 types of ART drug dispensed from 50 states and the District of Columbia during November 2007-June 2008. We compared the median percentage of treated patients obtaining their first-line ART drug combination from the patient’s usual source with estimates from nonstandardized national data sources. Next, we examined the characteristics and outcomes of patients who had suboptimal ART drug dispensing and assessed potential risk factors for such dispensing. Finally, we evaluated the implementation of an established, nonstandardized patient-level system for monitoring ART drug use and the need for a standardized drug-use monitoring system. The median percentage of ART drugs dispensed from patient’s usual source was 88.6%, including 94.9% of the first-line ART drug combinations, 79.9% of protease inhibitors, 95.9% of nucleoside analogues, and 91.1% of nonnucleoside reverse-transcriptase inhibitor drugs.
