Create a New Project:
Step #1 First create a new 3D project.
Step #2 The first step will be to create 3D objects for your project.
Step #3 Arrange your 3D objects in the way you want. Make sure that you have at least 20 3D objects before you begin.
Step #4 Press the File>New… button and create your first texture.
Step #5 Your first texture is created. You can select color palettes from the dropdown box below the box where you create your textures. This lets you easily change color palettes and match your textures to your skins or colors.
Step #6 Save your texture to your desktop. You can save it as a.bmp,.png, or.tif. If you save it as a.bmp, you will need to use a program to convert it to a texture format.
Step #7 Before you begin editing your textures, please make sure that your texture is saved as a.bmp. Otherwise you will need to convert it manually.
Creating a Wall Texture:
Step #1 Next you will need to choose a type of wall texture you’d like to create. You can choose from a selection of wall textures: Brick, Cobble, Wood, Stone, Metal, and Flat.
Step #2 Make your selection and press enter. You should see a 3D object appear in your scene. Now, place your 3D object in the scene so that you can position it.
Step #3 To edit your wall texture, you can either go to the Tools menu and choose Object Property Window, or you can press alt + F2.
Step #4 In Object Property Window, you can edit your texture, as seen in the above image. Use the scroll bar to adjust the position and rotation of the object.
Step #5 When your wall texture is finished, press the Open button at the bottom of the window.

Length of the texture border (adjustable values)

The algorithm is simple and yet very powerful – it’s based on a mathematical formula that’s very versatile, and is not limited to a specific object type or setting.
Usage:
WallTEX adds two new options in the “Texture Options” submenu. The first allows you to make a custom border between 2 textures:
This can be very useful for making non-destructive seamless texture borders (like applying a texture to the inner face of an object, but without allowing it to stretch beyond the border of the object in its own texture), or for creating simple customization/custom borders (like moving or flipping a part of an object).
The second option is for turning any texture into a wall texture:

Adjustable Length of the border:

Choose a number between 1 and the number of texture layers.

The default is one, and the maximum is your texture’s layer count.

If you use 5 textures, this allows you to set a 5 layer border, up to a total of 10 layers.

The unit can also be pixels, or set to a minimum of 10 pixels.

Changes the color of the “inner” pixels of the texture:

Set the color of the inner pixels (unchecked), or leave them unchanged (checked).

Choose between Standard (which gives you pixelated edges), or Smooth (which blends color seamlessly between the inner and outer faces).

The default is to use Standard.
